To support the development of students' Japanese skills while making the most of their individual strengths, we create an "Individualized Japanese Instruction Plan."
This plan includes current ability levels and target goals across the four core language skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
It also outlines the learning methods and materials to be used for reaching these goals. The plan is shared among the instructors and with the student's homeroom teacher.
